Need a home makeover in Parrita…

Can you recommend someone to do a makeover for me on a beach house in Parrita (Palo Seco).
I need:

I need tile replaced downstairs approx 700 sf.
Paint interior walls.
Replace tile on walls & floor in one and maybe all three bathrooms
New cabinets in kitchen
Paint exterior (after January).
New coat of sealer on upstairs floors (teak) and ceiling.
Other minor items.

¦ Ask for Roberto in Esterillos-Oeste, don’t have his phone number but everybody knows him. He lives in a small house between the “restaurant with the pirate-ship” and the church.
¦ Or ask Mercedes (cabinas Mercedes in Parrita), her contractor did a good job with the construction of her cabinas.
