    I am looking for a builder that can build a home for me near Drake Bay. I live in the US and will only be able to visit the building site 4 to 5 times from beginning to end. Any recommendations?

    Hi,
    I’m currently using http://www.costaricahousebuilders.com; we’re building just north of Dominical. Patrick Heinen, our contractor, I think would build in that area, so try contacting him. He’s great. We have been out of the country the entire time he has been building; we go down every 6-8 weeks.
    Everything has been more than on schedule and professionally done.
