    Is it true that there is a new multiple listing service in Costa Rica? I always understood that none existed. However, a website has written to many realtors recently claiming “We are the largest costa rica real estate MLS in the Country”…I do not want to incriminate by naming the site but I would welcome any news on whether this is legal or not?

    They may have “multiple” listings but there is no official Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in Costa Rica.

    What verdict? As mentioned, there is no official Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in Costa Rica.
