New Real Estate Developments

Hoping someone has some information regarding a couple of new developments;

1) Ventanas, San Mateo and
2) Peeblo Escondido, Playa Azul

Any reccomendations/suggestions about the development or area is appreciated.

Are these real estate “developments” or simply someone who is selling you some land?

Are these experienced developers with a proven track record of building quality real estate?

Are you an investor? A speculator? Or someone who wishes to actually live in this “development”?

Have you visited the area and KNOW that if offers all the amenities and infrastructure that you want and may require…?

Do you have any medical needs that mean you must be near good facilities?

Bob did you do any further research into the Ventanas San Mateo project? I saw this advertized in Canada. Lance

These properties appear to be being developed/marketed by a couple in Grecia the guys name is Randy Berg. The best course of action would be to come and view the lots and if you like what you see have an attorney look into it. Of course according to there sight they are the best thing to happen to real estate in Costa Rica since sliced bread…I don’t know either way.
