I nearly choked on my bagel when a friend of mine told me that their ONE BEDROOM apartments that DO NOT EVEN HAVE A KITCHEN start at US$750,000
Yes! I said they START at US$750,000 for a ONE BEDROOM apartment that does not have a kitchen.
I’m not following the real estate market like most people but is this normal for Costa Rica now?
