There are a lot of mosaic murals in the NYC subway system, including a very large one under the Citi Bank building in Long Island City(23rd & Ely stop C,V & G train). It must be at least 100′ long…
this one is small in comparison — only 120 sq ft, but the next one we are doing is 600 sq feet, and we may be doing one that is 60,000 sq feet. I thought I was on the verge of turning on and tuning out, but now i have more work than i can handle, and hubby too. The bank wants 40 more murals, all around the country. Whew.
