I guess you misunderstood my point. My point was that u are a guest here and it is disrespectful to publish anything that u find here, but by the comments u just received from The website founder, it is also illegal. Point proven. U are quite hotheaded so I will make my point clear; I only ask people do the right thing. I don’t remember saying anything about bloody children or lynchings so it is not I that has gone off the deep end.
Thank you SCOTT for the clarification and your site has been a tremendous help in my search to find a solution for my friend. 🙂
November 7, 2006 at 10:33 pm #179691jennyMemberThanks for reciting the policy, just like I said you are just great. Who else do I know, that has such a wealth of knowledge, wisdom and supreme understanding of law.
Thank you so very much. It would seem that if I would have known that it would have been sort of stupid for me to let anyone know that I was going to put the information in my news letter. It may occurr to you that perhaps I did not know that. I have not committed these articles of conduct to memory. At least I’ve been honest. No, excuse but the fact.
So cool down Mr Murray and enjoy life. You are to great of a person to let small things rock you.
Now if it will make you feel vindicated if Scott kicks me off then, just to make sure you feel good. Or will it make you feel better if I quit. I want you to be happy.

WeLoveCostaRica.comNovember 8, 2006 at 2:12 pm #179693jennyMemberScott,
You are so correct, and who else could say it any nicer. I accept my error and move on. I never understood that word Domain as much as I understand it today. This http://www.welovecostarica.com is your domain and in your small kingdom you have set up specific rules and guidelines . Whether a person read them or not they are the rules of the domain that you have established. Only those who have become a part of that domain, by pass word and user name are allowed to enter the inner portals of the domain. Prior to being given the permission to enter they agree to abide by certain laws that have been established. Those laws if broken, are reason enough to deny entry into that your domain. Within the domain you have made everything available to those who are allowed. Those who are outside of your domain are not allowed to know the secrets spoken. Everyone is sworn to secrecy, not to divulge the secrets of the inner court.
Such a good lesson for me. Thanks for such a good lesson. You will never know what you have taught me through this incident. Now I understand Domain, God said I give you dominion over all the animals, fish, birds, plants. He gave us dominion in this domain and when we sinned whether we knew it or understood it we were locked out, we lost dominion, we gave up our domain.
Sort of like you Scott, you are ruler of this domain and you set up guidelines, if they are not obeyed you have the authority to dismiss or allow. Well, thank you for not dismissing me, it is appreciated.
Thanks for the lesson, if it would have gone uncorrected that would have been even worse. Not understanding a law or not knowing a law does not justify breaking it. Eve Satan deceived me.

You copied someone’s posting which is NOT allowed on this site or most sites and then – more importantly – you included that information in your newsletter and included the author who had specifically asked you NOT to do that.
This is not my “small kingdom” it’s a business where we have certain rules to protect the privacy of our VIP Members and prevent people from copying the work of any writers.
Topic finished – NO more please!

You are free to tell the whole world. I believe the copywrite laws that Scott has are more are more so for his Articles not this public forum. If you look at most of the articles that are written they have tell a friend at the bottom or email this article. Some of his articles comes from his friends at La Nacion a Public newspaper Scott has done an excellent job with this site. Scott is in the real estate Business and if you don’t have a Realtor in CR and are going to buy property use him! That is how this site survives. He puts up some excellent leads but use him when you go to look and buy. Don’t expect to use Scott as a tour guide and spend days with you showing properties for free. My realtor charges me $125 per day and when I buy
the money gets credited towards the commission. Did you know realtors are not monitored in CR? Anybody can become one. If you are interested about buying a specific property email Scott privately. I am leaving for San Jose in a few hours so I have to run.Stanley Putra

Stan PutraNovember 13, 2006 at 11:56 am #179699jennyMemberPlease dont let what Scott said to me be misunderstood. He was not talking about stopping the wonderful news and good information about the subject. The subject was and is financing, and not my error, that was the subject that was discontinued. I accepted the correction and Scott was saying lets move on. Our purpose is to help each other and not to argue.
Ive accepted the correction and agree, lets move on with great information as you have done. The information on financing is very important, so please dont allow what I did or say stop others from getting valuable information.

StanMarch 28, 2007 at 3:15 am #179701welcometorealtyMemberHello,
I have been doing an extensive research from the web, referrals and magazines in order to be able to finance my condo in Tamarindo. Here are the 2 best brokers I found, responsive, fast, reasonably priced and honest:
– http://www.rivierafinancial.com Fernando@rivierafinancial.com 506 888 1307
– http://WWW.MDOMORTGAGE.COM info@mdomortgage.com 800 518 2066I also tried to work directly with most banks and Stewart Title with no success: phone calls or emails not returned, lost documents multiple times or the Loan To Value was too high.
This post is based on my experience for the last month of research…
See you,
