Has anyone ever been in this area along the Nicaragua border. I saw property going 275 acres for $89000. Is it that desolate or dangerous. Would it be good for an ECO Camp? Can someone suggest a contact?
Stan
I have a lot of experience in the area and know the prices well. This sounds cheap but of course I would need to know more. There are a few hotels up there including Eco playa; could be perfect but of course there could be a problem with it too. Do you have pictures etc?
Not me. But I firmly believe that one usually gets what one pays for.

I was wondering about the dangers of being close to Nic? That piece was sold. Could you email me about prices? Finca’s or beach?
Thanks

We stayed in an estate located right outside of La Cruz for a week.

La Cruz is a great town and not far from Liberia.
We didn’t feel threatened in any way.
You may want to stay in the area to test the waters.
The “House In The Heavens” was absolutely wonderful.
The roads were only dirt and very rocky.
