    Can anyone tell me where I can find a Nutritionist either in Liberia or in San Jose?

    CIMA Hospital in Escazu lists nutrition services among their clinical services. The care we’ve received at CIMA has been first-rate. Look at: http://www.hospitalsanjose.net/servicios.htm.

    It might be useful if you said a little more about what your needs are. Are you looking for weight management? Diabetes management?

    Thank you I will look at CIMA although I cant seem to access the English version of their website.
    I am looking for weight management but not actually weight loss, I need help with weight gain without the use of protein powders.

    The best nutritionists in Costa Rica are Larissa Paez and Kathryn Von Saalfeld. Larissa Paez is the most popular one and she has her own line of healthy food products that are sold in Automercado and she has done extensive work with many of the best restaurants in the country. Kathryn Von Saalfeld has been in many television programs and is extremely good and professional. I couldn’t find Larissa’s contact info but here’s Kathryn’s:
