    Costa Rica may not have an army but they have mobilized security police forces in full military gear at the remote border area with Nicaragua near Barra del Colorado. A border dispute over the island in the Rio San Juan and over Nicaragua wanting to dredge the river is the issue. More at http://www.nacion.com/2010-10-22/ElPais/UltimaHora/ElPais256

    I’ve looked at it and was wondering has anyone else heard of this?

    This info was on the news yesterday, but haven’t heard anything this morning.
