I don’t need you to determine what is extremely important to your VIP members we have seen to much about my company for you to attempt to cut us off. Let your buddies continue anyone who reads it all can determine reality for themselves. Suppression is something I fought against when I was in the Army. That’s what your forum is suppose to be about. Maybe it’s getting to hot for you?

Paragon Properties of Costa RicaJuly 7, 2006 at 12:07 am #177301sentaMemberThis William Gale is beginning to annoy me as a man of no substance! Scott, I wish he would take a long walk on his imaginary short marina pier.
July 7, 2006 at 12:29 am #177302William GaleMemberthank you for your very candid opinion. If you think the pier and the marina do not exist look at their site. Let me walk you through it Marina Paz Vela click on home ,see contruction update (their Expression, their site)and now simply scroll through their pictures. Simple enough. If I annoy you now consider this. I am going to in Costa Rica for a very long time. think of what you have to look forward to. If you rely on Scott for your information it had better be on one of the projects he promotes or you will become the subject of many harsh words. By the way Scotty if you plan to censor or prohibit further discussions of my company kindly remove us from all of your pages and don’t be selective in your censorship.
Move on with your life as we will with ours. If your readers don’t see censorship looking them in the eyes i feel sorry.
Imagine after getting blasted on your site for two years i’m fighting to stay on. Maybe some of you can figure out why.
I’m sure we will see each other soon.July 7, 2006 at 9:29 am #177303*LotusMemberMr. Gale,
I have been willing to give you the benefit of the doubt as since all the Paragon postings have started you have made progress in your projects. I think though you should look into some of the stories about some of your sales people being a little loose with the facts, you have not addressed this issue. I think this more than anything else is whats bothering people. I have not always agreed with Scott, but have come to realize the point of the forum is to exchange ideas, not insult one another. You are an American developer cutting up very large tracts of land and marketing them very aggressively of course this will rub a lot of folks the wrong way. I have to say since the first Paragon post you have proven a bunch of folks wrong who thought you would never get a road in or title and individual lot.July 7, 2006 at 10:48 am #177304CALADANAParticipantScott,
We were just in Quepos looking at properties. We saw with our own eyes the extent to which construction on the Marina is underway. There’s a relatively small area (guessing less than 1/4 acre) that has had fill dirt dumped into it some time ago. It’s right at the edge of the boardwalk, fenced off, and nothing was seen to denote any more active construction. Everyone we asked regarding the Marina said construction has stopped. It’s obvious looking at the site.

Thank you so much for at least being objective enough to see that we are progressing as promised.
I will certainly monitor the sales offices.I would like all of you to know that some of my reluctance to share certain information is simply that it allows my competitors to be aware of certain issues. As I’m sure you know many companies are attempting to copy our transaction. We offer weekly updates and I’m sure you are all aware of this. We keep our clients well informed.
Thank you
Bill GaleJuly 9, 2006 at 7:24 pm #177306AndrewKeymasterHere’s what the people at Marina Pez Vela told us late last week in regard to the apparent lack of construction activity.
“Our US engineering firm, RETEC; http://www.retec.com has made several significant changes from original Costa Rican engineering firm’s plans that we worked with for the Concession basics. RETEC is on lead with our Costa Rican contractor MECO; http://www.mecor.com and does not need to start till the middle to end of this month to have slips ready by late fall of 2007.”
So as we have stated previously, there is no major construction work going on but they do anticipate starting later this month.
I would guess that this will very much depend on the weather.
