Paragon Properties of Costa Rica, SA

I am one of those unlucky “investors” who believed in the sales pitch of Bill Gale and his team.
I suspect there are others, but was unable to find traces of them. I live in NY, and suing a company in Florida is somewhat difficult. Nevertheless I am firmly inclined to do so.

With legal system being what it is there are many questions that need to be answered in preparation, and it sounds like a good idea to find other people in the same position.

I would appreciate any advise on this topic (known legal history, names of attorneys who dealt with Mr. Gale or Mr. Soto, …)
