Yesterday’s A.M. Costa Rica reported two recent cases in which Costa Rican Immigration has moved to deport “perpetual tourists” who were working as real estate agents. One is wanted in Virginia for growing marijhuana. One wonders how actively they’ve begun to crack down or if these are just two very blatant cases.
