Some of us see it as: we now can go to Migracion office every 90 days and pay $100.00/each and extend visa for next 90 days WITHOUT LIVING CR.
So, we do not have to spend money for tickets, accomodations, transfers, dogs kennels…
They are ( CR MIgracion) collect $100 from each of us, and everybody is in peaceand they can keep track of us.???

Good point, John. I wonder just what “you will have to prove that you are solvent” means and how that will be enforced. It would be fun to be a fly on the wall when some perpetual “tourist” who’s supporting himself tries to explain how he’s “solvent” without also admitting to working here illegally.
I wonder, too, what these maybe-not-so-perpetual tourists will be required to do vis a vis enrollment in the CAJA.
