Plastic Surgery

Has anyone had plastic surgery in San Jose. I am particularly interested in Dr. Oscar Suarez and Dr. Federico Macaya. If anyone knows anything about them (Or others) I would love to hear all comments. Thanks very much.

Know someone who used Dr Suarez for cosmetic eye surgury – spoke very highly of him

I’m also interested in anyone’s experience using Dr. Suarez or Andres or Carlos Vargas Scott for eyelid surgery. Has anyone info on Dr. Arnoldo Fournier also for eyelid surgery.

Yes, I have had work done twice with Dr Fournier and he is excellent…..also have stayed for after care at Ana Carmonas aftercare home….all an excellent experience.

If you are considering surgery in CR…remember to carefully review the credentials of and interview the credentials of the anesthesiologist. A poor plastic surgeon can disfigure you. A poor anesthesiologist can do you in !

I have known quite a few people that have used Manuel Chacon (I believe he is the Manuel Chacon QUIROS [vs. his dad that he partners with] (www.ChaconClinic.com / 506-2-290-2526 / ChaconQuiros@plastic-surgery-cr.com) in San Jose – Sabana Sur and were VERY VERY pleased (to say nothing about him being quite pleasing to the eye!!)! (don’t judge them by their website!)

I have used Dr. Suarez and personally know someone else who has also used him for eye lid surgery. I was comfortable with him from the very first meeting. He is very clear on everything. Highly recommend him and would use him again.
