Polished Concrete In Costa Rica?

I know that I have seen some decent poured and polished concrete work in CR, but does anybody know of any contractors that really know their polished concrete work?
I know that when I have looked into having polished concrete work done here in the states, that anybody who had an opinion said that it is very important to have it done by an expert.
Otherwise, you risk not getting the look your after as well as possible structural issues down the line.
The reason I am interested is first, because we love the look of it, and all of the possibilities that the medium allows, and second because we want to have a low maintenance surface for our jungle home.
Any body out there with experience involving this?
