    Hi scott

    anyone have any real world experiences working with any of the prefab companies listed.are these houses just as secure as the old way of building??

    also what is the name of the company that is mentioned in the article located in escazu.

    The company mentioned in the article [ https://www.welovecostarica.com/members/405.cfm ] moved offices, the telephone number no longer worked, a new number was not offered and we have been unable to track them down.

    The only company that I have personally visited with is Concrepal who have been growing rapidly.

    do you know of any negative comparisons working with this type of construction??

    Lots of opinions on pre-fab search the threads. I would also be interested in hearing from anyone who has built pre fab in Costa Rica.
