    Hey everyone…I have a property on the beach in Tarcoles. Apparently the person I had staying there left and there is now someone living on it who says he owns it.

    I did have a property manager at one point, but they are not around any more and I cant seem to find another property management company who will reply to my inquiries for help.

    Can anyone here recommend anyone who is down in that area?

    You need an attorney FAST! Today!

    A property manager won’t touch this if someone else is living there claiming they own the property…
