    I am in the process of buying a house in Playa Ocotal and am in search of an excellent property manager in the area. Also, any comments on Mari Brenes of Palm Real Estate or Andres Villalobos of Investment Law associates located in Playas del Coco? Any info on renting your property long or short term will be appreciated!

    Our Recommended Realtor in the area Michael Simons tells me that:

    “Tell them to continue working with Mari, and Andres is a first class attorney.
    Mari will take great care of them.”
