Is anyone familiar with the people selling the PROPOSED Quepos marina slips?
I have been contacted by the salesman Jared and he is offering a “reservation” of a slip at $10,000. This reserves the right to purchase a slip a pre-construction price of $175,000. Actual price will be $250,000 when construction begins.
If anyone is knowledgable of this project: please reply with details.Is Jared giving you a completion date on the project? I’ve been to Quepos twice since construction was “supposed” to have started and seen nothing new except a chain link fence by the seawall entrance/exit and some displaced rocks. I would be extremely leary of “reserving” a slip since this project may not be completed in your lifetime.
