Ramada problem in Jaco

my freind in coming down to joco tommorrow. he bought into the ramada in joco beach a couple of years ago and he can’t
get a straight answer about the property over the phone or email.he would like to meet expats who might steer him in the right direction

Unless they are experienced, reputable Costa Rican attorneys I would suggest that “expats” can’t “steer him in the right direction” at all whether it’s in “joco” or “joca” or even “Jaco”…

Like Scott I suggest that your friend get a good Costa Rican real estate attorney. Failing that, here is my “expert expat” advice:
Before you throw more good money after bad, go to the beach (either one, Joco or Joca or Jaco) walk to the west and then start swimming.
