Its unclear what’s involved in legally practicing acupuncture and alternative medicine in CR. My wife has a Doctorate in Oriental Medicine and is Nationally licensed in the states… Once her CR residency comes through she’d like to move her practice to CR…. I assume she needs the blessing of some sanctioning body in CR. Would this apply to herbalogy, nutrition and massage therapy as well?

Does anyone know a local acupuncturist, I might ask….
LOL… My wife will kick my a#@ss if I don’t find her an answer soon. I may need to make something up… or worse … Re-post the question with the phrase “Paragon Properties”… or “Man in San Jose mugged with wooden leg”…
There is one in Jaco her name is Michal…she is amazing trained in Israel and China. http://www.costaricamassage.com/ Also you will fin one advertised in either the Tico Times or AM Costa Rica?
