Real Estate Attorney Referral

Looked at some lots in the Grecia and Saarchi area several weeks ago and found something I really like. Could I get a referral to an attorney in San Jose please. I would like someone who is a seasoned and experienced attorney that can be Googled and is easily verifiable. Thank You.

Start with a few referrals from your real estate broker and work from there. Once you have a few names you can Google them and get the info you need to pick one. Everyone’s experience and expectations from their attorneys will vary… the best of situations can turn to crap quickly just as a minefield of problems can be turned around just as fast by a good attorney. Your R.E. broker wants a smooth transaction and a good outcome just as much as you do.

If you’re not using a broker it might be a little tougher to get a good lead on an attorney.

Don’t use Marvin Castro in Grecia or his son. Had really bad experiences with him.

I’m thinking of working with daniel aguilar an attorney.
This is regarding a real estate matter.

Can anyone advise me about his character and qualifications.
I have mixed opinions.
