Given that this site is largely devoted to “recommended” real estate brokers/agents: are there any site developed sales/listing statistics available.
If not, compilation based on direct reports proprietary to WeLoveCR.com could become a big deal.
I put a lot of faith in the info I get here.About six weeks ago I bought a real estate listing system that a programmer is adapting for WeLoveCostaRica.com and, I am also evaluating an additional listing systems – designed and programmed in Costa Rica, specifically for the Costa Rica real estate market – so we will hopefully have something very useful to offer you and the rest of our VIP Members within the next 4-6 weeks….

Will the new service have an option where users can rate their experience with a particular real estate agent? For example, a 1-5 star rating.
Probably not because people play too many games….
Anonymous people being very critical of someone doesn’t help …
Anonymous people who happen to be competition being very critical of someone doesn’t help and…
A Realtor’s brother posting a flattering comment also doesn’t help and lastly….
As you well know, the laws in Costa Rica regarding slander and defamation are very different than they are in the USA.
PS. The written references we do provide on our Recommended Realtors were obtained by me personally.
I did not just publish what the Realtor sent me. It was I who contacted the clients and asked the questions…
