I do not recall, where I read that U.S. military retired personnel can have mail sent, and picked up at the U.S. Consulate in Costa Rica. Can anyone with knowledge in this matter, please advise.
Retired veterans may receive mail (but not packages) at the U.S. Embassy in Pavas. There is a limit of one pound per item.
