I had a run in today with the traffico’s and almost got a ticket for 270,000 colones (or at least that’s what they told me it would be). I know a lot of tickets got reduced, and some didn’t, and I’m having a problem finding a website with the actual infractions and fine amounts. Does anyone know where to find this?

The reforms to the Ley de Transito have still not been passed into law. The existing fines still apply, not the new amounts proposed in the reforms.
