We are looking for a bilingual arcitect near the Samara area (ideally)…does anyone know of one….
Olivier Von Der wied is in Nosara, He is a ways away, but may know someone in Samara. If you are still looking for someone I will get his info for you. I have built 2 houses and an addition in Nosara and would consider managing your project construction. However I am not a licencsed architect. Ernie
I would be interested in talking with Oliver….we already have a project manager to oversee construction…..and a builder-Ronny Bicero
We mailed some rough plans to our attorney in Samara, she should have them in a week…
Please have Olivier email me at matthewbrydenthal@yahoo.com

Why can’t I get plans of houses like we have in the US? If I want to build different types of homes, I have to pay an architect $4K for each home. Seems like a ripoff.
