We are in the preliminary stages of building a home on our lot in the Ojochal area. The architect we have spoken to says we need a detailed topographical survey (contour lines) of the lot for them to work with. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good surveyor in the area? Also would love to hear about any recommended architects and/or builders who work in our area.

I would recommend the following topographer for the topography work, he has many years of experience in the zone, and knows the territory well, and has a huge inventory of existing reference points to work with.
