I’m living in Salt Lake City, UT and I’m thinking about buying a property in La Angostura, Pérez Zeledón. I’m not familiar with the area, and I’m really just asking hypothetically, is it possible to find renters and someone to manage the rental while I’m still living in the US? I can’t afford much, but I’m looking for a start. Anyone have any advice on the subject?
Reliable and professional property admnistration is difficult to find in the built up areas, I would suggest it would be extremely difficult to find someone in that area.
Have you asked our Recommended Realtor in that area [ https://www.welovecostarica.com/public/1590.cfm ] if he could recommend anyone?
