We lived in Costa Rica in the early 80’s and our daughter was born there. We have her birth cirtificate. Can we apply for residency status based on her being born there? Thank you!
She is no longer a child and therefore, no longer your dependent. So, I don’t believe you will be eligible for residency on that basis.
