Can anyone help with the steps needed to be taken for the pensionado program.
The folks at ARCR are pretty knowledgeable, but if you want the process to go at all smoothly, engage an attorney who specializes in residency law. ARCR can refer you to one or more.
We used Javier Zavaleta of Residency in Costa Rica to obtain residency last year. I give him and his sister the highest possible recommendation. They are knowledgeable, professional, connected, and fair.
