    Dear Scott,
I’m retracting my Costa Developers’ Breeches P.A’s/contracts published in this forum.
This after discussions with several CR attorneys.
My interpretation of contract law is not valid according to CR law.
Costa Developers, according to CR law, has no valid “breech of contract” violations actions against them and are considered to have honored their contractual obligations to those they have contractual obligations with.
Recent meetings with COO Jorge Jorge have left me feeling grateful for his leadership and commitment to fairness, transparency and customer service.
I regret any misinterpretations of anything I previously stated. Thank you.

Dad, unfortunately many who come to a foreign country assume tha the laws are the same as in the States.
I was nearly caught up in a situation over our property purchase but was able to find adequate help to save our property.
Many people don’t admit to their errors. Thank you for your retraction.

    dear dad,
as a developer here in costa rica and on the centralpacific coast in particualr i commented on your p[ast post regarding what was basically your opinion of the situation. while your thoughts were rooted in actual happenings the truth is that all of the world has suffered from the world economic crisis and any country that ties itself to the dollar is suffering because of it.
i know that the costa esterillos property was purchased from my crditor and to my knowledge they have been forthcoming wnd true with their payments to him. perhaps this is what lead to the irrpair that the comminity was suffering and not constructing the beach clubin any case, good luck and i hope the crisis ends soon so all of us can continue our plans.
    sincerely,
