I must say that this project demonstrates that with the right builder work can get done on schedule.
The Country Club developers have been extraordinarily successful in selling their real estate (having said that our VIP Members have bought about 40 of their apartments which is why I included so many photographs) and the construction firm they work with is one of THE most successful builders in the country, well known for getting things done on time…

These apartments look small though are they?
Sorry to take so long to reply, it’s been a long month this week. I believe the smallest apartments are about 55M2 (591 square feet) up to about 180M2 (1,936 square feet).

I noticed some electrical wires in several of the photos. Are these temporary? Or do they not do underground wiring in Costa Rica?
They are building HUNDREDS of apartments and have many more to go, these wires are temporary …
But yes! Many completed projects do have wires dangling but it’s rare that you will find those projects recommended here…
