    Judging by the graffiti in San Ramon, there must be many Ticos who “get” what Cafta is going to really mean. There is anti-TLC all over the place, but my favorite one is “Arias = puta por TLC!” I have a Tico friend who has a sign on his car that reads, “If you love your campesinos vote no on TLC!”
