Status of bldg houses & completing infrastructure

Does anyone know if the previous issues this developer has had that called for them to cease work have actually stopped them from continuing to complete houses and the roads/infrastructure? Does anyone know if the stop work order has been lifted…are they proceeding legally or illegally by ignoring the orders?

I would suggest that you contact the company directly. NONE of the Realtors we recommend want to work with these companies or any other company that operates in the same fashion so your chances of getting any new information from them are slim.

I will try that Scott, thanks. They will probably just tell me that everything is going great and there are no issues. I was hoping to get an outside oppinion.
