Hi All,
I’m interested in any knowledge/opinions/experience about Tamarindo, where I bougt a condo a year ago. It’s well-built, literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and beautiful. I’m torn between longterm hold for winters and investment.
Thanks,
VTboater
Why not all of the above?
I have found that when I am “torn” about making a decision that I should educate myself as much as possible about the scenario and just let it sit for a while and allow my subconscious to digest all the information and, when I allow that to happen, one day I wake up to realize ‘Wham! I REALLY know now that the time is right do ………. (fill in the blanks) and I tend to make far more sensible, educated and profitable decision than when I try to force a decision.
Obviously you need to manage your risk while this process is taking place but Tamarindo remains a popular area. I don’t personally like it but as far as an investment is concerned, if your home is worth 50% more this year than it was last year – Fantastic!
There are obviously plenty of people that do like the area …
