    What about the stipulation that the income tax must be filed through the US Embassy as opposed to filing the return with your CPA back in the USA?
    Is that a requirement?

    Can anyone recommend a good CPA in CR that understands these US tax laws? I am working in the US on and off as a traveling nurse, but my husband and I own a small resort in CR. He stays in CR working at the resort when I come back to the US to work. Thanks.
