    what might we expect to pay to rent a 1 or 2 bedroom apt or condo in a gated comunity in either herdia, santa anna, or near the quepos, jaco ,montezuma area…we don’t need a resort or something right on the beach or even a water view…just something safe clean and prefably quiet…we expect to be there for 3 months during the next high season (jan- march)
