    We are coming back to Costa Rica next Saturday. Can the Tico Talk and Save cards be purchased in several places in Costa Rica. If not, is there another card that is readily available and easy to use? We will only be needing the card for our three week trip. Thanks so much – Pura Vida, Sue

    There are a few local calling cards available which you can find in many of the local pulperias or you can order and receive the Tico Talk & Save calling card account data online which is obviously even simpler.

    Just want to mention that my family has been using the Tico Talk card for a few months now and it’s great. No problems at all and a good rate too. They both memorized the numbers and can call Canada/US from anywhere in C.R.
