I am guessing you are referring to the manual that ‘should’ help us calculate our property taxes ‘paula1’…
We have people working on the section about residential homes translated, for me to have the whole thing professionally translated would cost well over $1,000 and I can’t justify that …

Hi Scott,
Yes,I was referring to the residential section of the manual. A full translation would be terribly expensive. AM Costa Rica ran an article today claiming that land will also be subject to this tax. My impression has always been that this tax would only apply to the “bricks and mortar”, not to the land. More confusion!
