    Where in Costa Rica are these new transmission lines being
    put thru and who will benefit from the power once this
    project is completed?

    What transmission lines are you referring to? There are transmission lines serving the entire country and others are likely under development.

    Since the country is served by a single electricity transmission grid, any lines under development will, in essence, serve the entire country.

    I was interested in information about the SIEPAC transmission
    lines. I was reading from the Finca Bellavista newsletter
    that they heard the sounds of the forest being cut down.
    I found it very sad that old growth forest is being cut down.
    Do you know of a website with information in English.
