I have seen some homes (mostly Ticos) with TV antennas mounted on the roof of their homes.
Could anyone tell me what type of broadcast is available through this means? I would assume it is local Spanish channels.
And if some type of service can be obtained do you need a digital converter to receive the signal?
We are interested in having some TV service even if it is very limited service just outside of the Parrita/Jaco area.
We are only in CR for 2 months of the year, so we can not justify putting in a dish just yet and there is no cable service available where we are.
Any suggestions welcomed.
Thanks
