My name is Justin Isham and I have a financial services company in Florida, with offices in Panama and soon in Costa Rica. We are working with an FDIC-insured bank that is providing mortgage financing to Americans and Canadians interested in purchasing property in Costa Rica. There are no age-limits nor life insurance requirements associated with these loans and the interest is tax deductible from U.S. tax returns. My email address is:
Thanks Jason.
Clearly you are not someone that is good at the ‘little details’ in life and failed to see that the ‘Discussion Forum’ is somewhere we ‘discuss’ various topics, it is not a Classified Advertising section and …
What part of “Remember that ‘commercial posts’ where someone is obviously trying to promote or sell something, are not allowed and will be deleted by one of our Moderators” did you not understand?
You registration has been frozen until 01/01/2050, please feel free to log in after that date and rejoin us if you can follow the Discussion Forum rules.

PS. Based on the clear cut – catastrophic – track record of “US financing” we would probably be best to avoid companies offering “US financing”…
OUCH!!!!
I totally agree on the reply concerning commercials on this and any forum I read/particiapate in, however I have heard and read online a a bit about a U.S. financing or mortgage for U.S. citizens purchasing property in Costa Rica and Panama and we should not discredit them prior to knowing more about the details, can anybody provide any information?
You are welcome to investigate the various companies that offer US type mortgage financing, I have certainly looked into many of them myself over the years and we ended up recommending mortgage brokers called Costa Rica Mortgage who have access to numerous funding sources.
To find them, just click on the Costa Rica Mortgages department at [ https://www.welovecostarica.com/public/department55.cfm ]

The program I heard about was farily recent (6 months?) which might be the same or similar to the one Mr. Isham posted about, there was an article in the Tico Times a few months ago about it however I don’t believe it mentioned specifics (bank or brokers, anyway if anybody has any input on that it would be interesting as well.
