    Hi everyone

Hope you can help with a few answers to some questions.

Would like to move to CR sometime next year as we are selling our “too big”house here , now the kids are through University.

I understand we can own property and get 90 day visas etc; also that its possible as with all things that might change.

We are really interested in the small hotel/BB option ie to purchase and run: however I just read here that we couldnt run it? is that true? In that case if we bought 3 houses; rented 2 and lived in the other is that allowed?

We have visited CR and love it but are too young to retire at 55 lol; we lived Central Africa for many years so not concerned about adapting to life, climate etc – love it 40 degrees + lol

Lastly would income from a UK Bank Acoount paid as interest be accepted as the 600-1000 dollar income required for retirement visa?

great forum here and great advice can a UK member give us a hand or allow us to talk with them via EMail please; and anyone else of course

    mil gracias

You will find a lot of answers in the forum but unfortunately immigration is one of those areas where it’s difficult getting concrete answers from anybody except someone that understands your specific circumstances.

I will email you privately later today…

PS. I am assuming from your username that you are an avid birdwatcher in which case this is a very good place to be…
