Hi Folks,
I hear mixed reports of the Waterfall Gardens near Varablanca. According to their web site it sounds like most of it is open, except the “trail” which went downhill along the river/waterfalls. Has anyone been there recently?
With a name like ‘hummer’ we must be related…
I have only heard a few reports, but they were all positive.
And if you are indeed a fellow hummer lover, this is where you should still be able to view these gems, quite easily.
You guessed right. The Waterfall Garden has been one of my favorite places to visit when I/we come to C.R. So it is great to know the place is still basically intact, so we shall still be able to enjoy the birds there. Too bad the wayside at Cinchona was destroyed…..
Yes, everyone I know that visited with a large zoom lens stopped for coffee and a visit…
I prefer to view our 11 species that we host throughout the year ’au natural' in the garden, but when on a short visit, this is the place where you know you will see many species.
