which is why all of these reports are to be taken with a grain of salt.
costa rica now is implementing a computerized system that was prototype in NYC
soon we will be tracking everyone and their mother all over the place with the same end result.
I will keep an eye of where they plan next to stick in a new tax to support these endeavors.
