Would that the rest of the world operated the way you describe the ticos….what a refreshing insight into how it CAN be instead of how often it really is…especially in light of the recent event in Virginia…makes me want to leave now but have Mother duty for the moment…hopefully your beautiful country of residence does not think that everyone from the US is capable of these atrocities…thank you for a breath of fresh air….
