I happen to know a couple of people who have bought there. They are bitching about not getting their title. One of them hired a consultant and he retrived three properties from WLI all vested in seperate corporations. He got the clients their titles.
In theory I completely agree with Simon.
No one has proven that they have not recived title and there is no info I can find that WLI is being sued for whatever reason. Simon makes some very logical points – that have not been disputed by what I would call concrete facts.
Now would I buy property over the internet … dahh, guess not Beave, but the Eddie Haskels of the world sure do.
The thing about WLI is they solld 2 hecs for what $35K? Thats $1.75 a meter. Now we all know about location, location and did I say location? There are certainly no amenities in this area and the gulf water tides leave a lot to be desiered, but at a buck and 3/4 a M2, well those peole still have a fighting chance (I am trying to be catiously optomistic). Regardless Simon wins the “argument” hands down on logic and the fact that no ones has refuted his statements.
Even though I wouldn’t touch WLI with a 10 foot pole. Very insightful though – Simon you make an intelligent argument dog.
