I was driving throught the central valley on the autopista and saw some signs for the http://www.IguanaLandCompany.com. Anybody know them? There web site looks interesting.
Can Anyone recomend a good “realtor” for the NW central valley?

George Lundquist recommends Jim Mateosky, the owner of Iguana Land as one of his “benchmark” people, as being trustworthy and fair. Two weeks ago we visited with Jim and his partners at one of his developments during our tour with Jim, and then spent half a day (on a spur of the moment phone call) with Jim looking as several other projects. The lots seem fairly priced, and there were several we really liked, and we’re thinking hard about revisiting the San Ramon area and Jim.
