Maravilla, I have just read all the threads here and quite frankly, getting sick of the back and forth bickering. I would realy like to get in touch with you , just like Bill, I am in the process of doing my home work on creating a small condo project in the Lake Arenal area. could you get in touch? sjmulder@beachlink.com looking forward to hear from you, Syd

I just came back from a great trip, south of Golfito towards Punto Blanco, the end of the road. fantastic, Then the Arenal area was very interesting to me, Are you just vacationing or “shopping” ? Watch out for the potholes, even on the main rds and wear your seatbelt.even your passengers. police has a great way for you to settle a ticket.

I think that is a great idea, try to focus on certain area’s. I’m very interested in the Arenal area, spend 5 days nosing around and there seems to be a lot of money pouring into that area. If any one has any info ,please share it.

Yes ,the roads are roughed in, but we did visit with a 4×4, no problem.Lucia told me that they were building in one of their other developments, and urged me to check it out (did not have to time to do so) Also they were working on roads as well as the electric in others. She did acknowledge that they were a little behind schedule and that they were trying to make up time. They have really only been under way for about a year now, I think.I will keep you all posted.

I am sorry if I offende any one by the ref. of “scam”, The fact of somuch negative imput probably influenced that ref. All I like to share with anybody interested, is the fact that every thing any one with in the company has said about the property has been more then accurate. One would be hard pressed to describe the beauty in words. The price I paid was $ 35000 down , the balance of $ 50000 payable within 60 month. No interest during that period. Each parcel will have services for two home sites, including a septic system for a 2000 sqFt home each. They do not do any re-sales, at this time. Don’t forget that the lots won’t be ready for re-sale for another 12 month. Hope this may be of some help.

I also just found this forum and feel compelled to urge you to read my recent posting. If you are going back in March do check a little further , would be happy to talk to you exchange email address or phone numbers. I also urge you to check on the real estate in the Arenal area. I just purchased a great property there and it would be worth your while to check that area. Regards Syd.
